This morning after my Pilates class I decided to make a fruit salad in the jars i bought the other day, they photograph really well and make the fruit salad look even better than in actually tastes, I also added a layer of chia seeds – chia is an ancient seed that has more omega 3 and dietary fibre than another food from nature.
